The GoodPostureNow team consists of three enthusiastic individuals all with a background in ergo and/or physiotherapy.

To provide the best service to our customers our company operates in the United States, Denmark and China. This allows us to ship from different locations to provide the best possible shipping rates.

Our products are developed in the United States under strict quality regulations. This allows us to provide our customers with a superior quality product.

Each product is carefully tested and vetted before made available for purchase. In the rare case someone regrets their purchase we offer a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of delivery.

We are available 24/7 and in case you have any questions, comments or feedback you wish to share then you can do so here - don't hesitate to reach out, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping price:

GoodPostureNow provides free shipping on all orders worldwide.

Delivery times:

US and Canada: 4-12 business days.

Europe: 4-12 business days.

Singapore: 4-12 business days.

Australia: 6-15 business days.

Other: 8-18 business days.

Depending on your location and inventory status we ship from one of our two warehouses located in Europe and South-East Asia. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via text or mail.

COVID-19 Shipping:

More than 90% of orders arrive within the estimated time frame however, due to the pandemic some orders might be slightly delayed.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at GoodPostureNow. We appreciate your interest in our products. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

By placing an order or making a purchase at GoodPostureNow, you agree to the terms set forth below along with GoodPostureNow’s Privacy Policy.

If something's wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have one month (30 days) to issue a refund and return your product/service.

Guidelines

If you would like to return a product for a refund or replacement, the following guidelines need to be met:

- Send us an email with your order number and reason for requesting a refund before returning the item.

- An invoice or receipt is required to receive a refund or replacement.

- The product needs to be in the same condition it was when it was delivered.

Additional conditions

- If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so and receive a refund as long as the package hasn't been shipped yet.

- Packages already shipped cannot be refunded until the parcel has been delivered and then returned to our warehouse in Denmark.

- Customers are responsible for any potential cost of returning the product unless the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

- We do not reimburse for extra fees applied by your local customs and tax laws.

Refunds

We at GoodPostureNow commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Each of our products are thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care.

We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item and we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that GoodPostureNow is not liable for any damage that may be caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will review the returned item as soon as we receive it. If it follows the guidelines and conditions addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund for your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Shipping

GoodPostureNow is not responsible for return shipping costs. Any return shipment has to be paid for by the customer, even if the item has free shipping - the only exception to this is if the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

We do not offer refunds for orders currently in transit. Please wait until you receive the item and then return it.

About International Taxes & Customs Fees

Purchases from outside the United States may be subject to import taxation and customs duty depending on your country's tax and import policy laws.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods.

Please note, it is your responsibility to educate yourself on the subject and we do not offer refunds on orders withheld in customs or reimburse the extra cost this might apply.

About the Posture Correctors

Is the posture corrector for men or women?

The GoodPostureNow Posture Corrector with its unisex design fits both men and women.

What size does the back brace support?

Our Posture Brace has been designed with flexibility in mind and can be adjusted to support chest sizes ranging from 28"-47" / 71-120 cm.

Will posture braces weaken the back muscles with continued use?

No, not if used correctly. Unless you decide on wearing the back brace 24/7 there is little to no risk of this happening (and you shouldn't do this regardless). In fact, posture corrector braces can help strengthen your back by allowing the back and neck muscles to work more efficiently. Over time this will strengthen your muscles and as a result, you will develop a better posture and stronger back. 

Wearing a certified FDA approved posture corrector is like performing a continuous non-exhaustive workout for your back, neck and shoulder muscles. With proper use, it will over time, for people with poor posture help develop a stronger back.

For how long should I wear a posture corrector?

We recommend starting with 20-30 minutes a day or until wearing it starts to feel uncomfortable. When/if that happens, take a break and put it on again when you feel ready - don't push yourself too hard, developing a strong posture is a marathon not a sprint.

As your muscles develop and your posture starts to improve you will notice how it becomes less of an effort to wear day by day.

We do not recommend wearing the posture corrector more than 2-4 hours a day, even for a trained person.

Can I hide the posture corrector device under my clothes?

Yes, absolutely and unless you are wearing very thin see-through-fabric it is practically invisible.

For optimal comfort we recommend wearing the posture corrector brace on top of a thin fabric, like a t-shirt for instance, however you can easily cover it with a shirt on top of that if you prefer.

Is the back brace uncomfortable, will it pinch my arms/shoulders?

The GoodPostureNow Body-Align Brace posture corrector is developed with customer comfort in mind and unless it hasn't been adjusted correctly this shouldn't be an issue. 

Note: by design the posture corrector is supposed to make you feel “uncomfortable” when wearing it if you start slouching. This will remind you to correct your form and via this help muscle memory for long-term results.

Is sleeping with a posture corrector ok?

Can you wear a posture brace to bed? While it is possible we do not recommend sleeping with the posture corrector as it simply won't be necessary, nor comfortable.

Can correcting posture cause pain?

It is normal to feel discomfort when first starting to use the posture corrector. It is not normal to feel "pain" however. If it hurts you, take it off and re-adjust it to see if that solves the problem, if you still experience pain, then please contact us and we will issue a refund for you. This is very rare however and typically only an issue if you have a more serious underlying health issue. 

When you first start using the posture corrector your body will be unaccustomed to the feeling and it is completely natural to feel a bit sore in the beginning.
